- There is a $150 new patient fee. This fee does not go toward any services.
- We require a $90 deposit to schedule. If you are a new patient, the $90 deposit will go toward your evaluation fee.
- We kindly request a 48-hour advance notice to reschedule or cancel any appointments. There is a cancellation fee or forfeiture of a deposit for no shows or last minute cancellations.
- We are currently NOT accepting any new medical dermatology patients. We are a cosmetic practice.
