Office was clean and relaxing, front desk staff super sweet. Dr Kim and Erin (may have spelled wrong-so sorry!) were wonderful. They answered my questions and I felt they actually understood what I needed, no pressure, detailed billing, offered alternatives to fit the budget, without me having to ask, and I just felt comfy. I have been trying to do research and make a decision about what procedure for a long time. I left the office, drive home and booked my first procedure appt on Monday WITH CONFIDENCE, which was important to me
